Most businesses that sell physical goods across more than one location end up running three or four different systems: accounting software for the books, a separate inventory tool for stock, a POS product for the register, and a purchasing process held together by email and spreadsheets. Every export between them is a place where the numbers can quietly drift apart, and every location you add makes that worse.
Accountdesq exists to remove that gap. Accounting, invoicing, receivables, purchasing, payables, banking, multi-warehouse inventory, and point-of-sale all post through the same double-entry ledger - so a sale at the register, a bill from a vendor, and a manually entered journal entry are just different ways of writing to the same source of truth, not three systems to reconcile.
We built it for multi-location retail, wholesale, distribution, and restaurant businesses specifically - the ones that have genuinely outgrown a pure bookkeeping tool, not just anyone who occasionally needs to send an invoice.
What we won't claim
We'd rather tell you exactly what's real than round up. Tax compliance content is certified for India (GST) and UK (VAT) today and configurable elsewhere - we say so directly, on every page where it matters, instead of a blanket “global compliance” claim.
